What is a Linkbar?
Linkbar is just a menu of links at the top of your blog, usually near your Blog Title. Come to think of it, it's better if I just call it Menubar. I don't know why I call it Linkbar in the first place, but I'll just stick to that name because I've used it so many times in my post and my templates.
Below are some example pictures of where the Linkbar is in the blog page, and how you can add links to the Linkbar in the Settings page.

I have found out how to set up the linkbar with highlighting etc.

I just uploaded your Photoblog 2 template (not published yet). Thank you for making that. There isnt much out the for Blogger in way of photoblogs.
I was wondering though if you could tell me how to get the linkbar menu to point to sections at the bottom of the template. For example, I would like to put a linkbar menu item for "About" and have it point to the bottom of the template where my About section is so it can be easily accessed from the top of the page.

When I changed my template, my linkbar disappeared. I had friends' blogs linked in my old template and when I added the new template, it covered up the linkbar area and now I can't link to anything except the friends' blogs. My menu bar seems to be covered up. I can't find anyway to relocate those links or to get to the HMTL coding for my blog. PLEASE HELP!!
